Ok, so you've convinced me! I just placed my order. I am really trying to lose about 40 lbs and this is a great way to start. I am going on a cruise in about 10 weeks and would love to feel more comfortable in a bathing suit. Thanks for your inspiring example. You're awesome!

Hi Candace! I am not really tracking right now. I just live by what I learned before. I have Phase 1 and 2, but I would really love to buy Phase 1 again for when I am done being pregnant. That way its a fresh clean book to start with! HOw are you doing so far?
